Much like the city that we call home, DLD College London is a fusion of the historic and the modern. Our history dates back to 1931, and we still hold close traditional values such as academic rigour, discipline, and exam success. We’ve teamed these values with a focus on student wellbeing and personal development which means that graduates are well-adapted and prepared for their life after college.

Why join DLD College London?

  • Experts in progression to top London and international universities, including the US

London is home to more world-class universities than any other city, and we use our extensive links to help more than 60% of our students join a top-ranked London university. We’re also experts at helping students apply to universities outside of the UK, with a number of our students joining institutions in North America and Europe every year.

  • Central London’s only on-campus boarding school

Boarding at DLD puts you in the heart of the city. Students wake up to the iconic London skyline outside their window, and our home on the South Bank puts some of London’s best leisure, eating and entertainment experience on your doorstep.

  • Award winning pastoral and learning support

Our college is a recognised leader in the fields of pastoral support and student wellbeing. In 2020 we have been nominated as finalist in the categories of ‘Boarding School of the Year’ and ‘International Student Experience’ by the Independent Schools Awards.

  • Make the most of the amazing learning experiences London has to offer

Our co-curricular programme of after school and weekend clubs enables us to make the most of our amazing London location whilst ensuring that students remain safe and focused on their studies.

  • Top class facilities and unique learning experiences

We run more than 30 weekly clubs and activities to help students develop their experience and relax outside of their studies. Outstanding facilities include our global kitchen and on-campus gym for students aged 16 and over.

Online Learning

The best option is always to join in person for your studies, but we understand in the current situation that may not be possible.

That’s why we are offering students starting with us in January 2021 the option to begin their studies remotely. Learning online, you’ll attend the same classes, with lessons delivered by the same world-class teachers as students who are attending in person. Our colleges have become leaders in online learning, and we offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities and learning opportunities for our remote students.

You can join us remotely for the first term of your studies, and then join us in person for your second term from April 2021.

Our Courses are for students between 14-21 years of age
