 Janine Reeves is the Group Sales and Marketing Director at Abbey DLD Colleges, leading sales, marketing, and admissions across the group’s three colleges. With over 18 years of experience in international education, Janine brings extensive expertise gained through senior roles across pathway providers, language education, and independent schools.

Appointed in 2019, Janine has a strong track record in increasing student recruitment, developing and strengthening global partnerships, delivering effective marketing strategies, launching new academic products, and optimising admissions and sales processes to support sustainable growth. Her work has played a key role in expanding market reach and enhancing the improving the student recruitment journey.

Janine holds a BSc in Psychology, which underpins her people‑focused approach to leadership, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement. Having lived and worked in the UK, Hong Kong, and Europe, she brings a genuinely global perspective, cultural agility, and international market insight to her role.
