Results and Destinations
Every year Abbey DLD Students achieve outstanding results and move on to join some of the world’s most prestigious and highly-ranked universities. In 2023, 41% of our A Level students and 38% of our Foundation students progressed to Russell Group Universities, and 14 of our students progressed to study at Oxbridge Colleges or Medical School. Our younger students have performed admirably in GCSE this year, with nearly 80% achieving a ‘good pass’ of 4 and above and 30% of GCSEs taken within the group achieving the top 9-7 grades (equivalent to A*- A under the old grading system) setting the foundation for success at higher level study.

This year our International Foundation students achieved an average score of 66% across all pathways and all colleges, a score that will help them to meet the conditions of their offers at a wide range of top-ranked universities. Across all pathways at all colleges, 97% of students passed their foundation course.
